Strategic Asset management actively seeks to raise capital for its hedge fund clients. This is our ninth year of assisting funds in the raising of capital for hedge funds. We do this in several ways:

1. Strategic Asset Management has relationships with private investors, family offices and fund of funds, many of whom use us to perform due diligence services on prospective additions to their portfolio. When we recognize a synergistic opportunity between hedge funds we administer and our investor contacts, we make an introduction. There is no charge to our fund clients for this service.
   
   
2. We arrange for client managers of superior performing funds to speak at investor conferences. There is no charge to our fund clients for this service.
   
   
3. We maintain a database of high net work investors and periodically present funds to those we have established relationships. There is no charge to our fund clients for this service.
   
   
4. Our marketing team will assist in securing your attendance at key hedge fund conferences and trade shows.
   
   
5. We list your fund in applicable hedge fund databases and respond directly to investor inquiries. In addition, we will assist you in preparing a press release announcing your fund. There is a nominal charge for this service.
   
   
6. We offer marketing professionals to represent, present, and travel as needed for a small portfolio of select funds. Funds represented must meet strict guidelines and must be accepted into the program. There is a charge for this service.
